Even though there is no restriction to when exactly you should buy flowers for a loved one, Valentine’s Day is one important day that you should focus on. While flower may not seem to be the most original idea, they work.

How to place an order online?

Please select your preferred products and add to the shopping cart. Click checkout to proceed to the payment page.After completing the forms and the payment, you will be received confirmation emails from us confirming the successful order.

What if I’d like to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, do drop us an email at [email protected]. Depending on the status of your bouquet, we will confirm with you whether the cancellation can be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be cancelled. So, it’s preferable that you get in touch with us at least 24 hours’ before the delivery of your bunch.

The full value of your cancelled order will be returned to you via a store credit voucher.

Who can I contact if there any problem with my delivery status?

If any issues come out during the delivery, you may contact our customer services at 012-398 9660.

If I am not satisfied with the condition of the flowers, can I ask for refund?

Flowers are highly perishable. Hence, returns (and requested refunds) for paid bouquets would not be accepted.  Refunds would only be made in the unlikely event the bouquet arrives in very poor shape or form (i.e. more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead). Kindly contact us via our Customer Service Platforms should this unlikely situation occurs.

We also do provide customize gift services.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You can drop us an email at [email protected]. We do need at least 24 hours’ notice to make changes to an order, so please do get in touch with us as soon as you need a change to be made.

How do I make payment?

Payments can be make via credit card/debit card, local bank transfer. All our transactions are processed securely by iPay88.

Do you do the delivery on the same day?

Yes. For all order placed before 12pm, we deliver on the exact same day.

Where do you deliver?

For now, we provide FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, selected areas in Selangor), select areas in Johor Bahru and to select areas in Klang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya for delivery charges from RM10 – RM50.

What language can the message be in?

Any language! Your message can be in English, Malay, Chinese characters, Tamil script and so on. Emojis and emoticons may be included as well!

When will the flowers arrive?

We deliver the flowers everyday including Sunday from 12pm until 6pm.
