Acceptance Order Policy
Seven Florist reserves the right to reject or refund your orders without prior notice. In the event of rejection, we will refund the full payment received via the payment method used to place the order previously.
As a part of the checkout process, you will be able to select:
1) on-demand flower deliveries, or
2) subscribe to regular flower deliveries.
Our standard delivery services are completed between 12.00pm–6.00pm. We provide same-day deliveries, Monday to Saturday, for orders placed, paid and confirmed before 12pm. Same-day delivery orders may take between 2 to 6 hours to be completed.
In order to maintain efficiency in our delivery operations, Seven Florist does not provide and/or guarantee specific-time deliveries.
It is important that buyers provide us with the bouquet recipient’s contact number in order to facilitate timely and accurate bouquet deliveries. Should the recipient be uncontestable after multiple attempts, Seven Florist and our collaborative dispatchers shall not be liable for such failed deliveries.
Should any flower delivery requires confidentiality (e.g. a surprise delivery), buyers need to inform Seven Florist not to contact the bouquet recipient via our Customer Service platforms.
Seven Florist offers a unique subscription plan that provides weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery of fresh flowers. We deliver your subscription order(s) every Monday of the week. Every week comes with a different combination of fresh flowers to liven up your day or surprise your loved one.
As every bloom is unique and every one of our bouquets are handcrafted, we seek your understanding and acceptance that bouquet sizes as well as bloom sizes, shades and colours may vary from the pictures shown on this website. The beauty of flowers is in their uniquely delicate, fragile and perishable nature, and hence cannot be completely flawless.
Return and Refund Policies
Flowers are highly perishable. Hence, returns (and requested refunds) for paid bouquets would not be accepted. Refunds would only be made in the unlikely event the bouquet arrives in very poor shape or form (i.e. more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead). Kindly contact us via our Customer Service Platforms should this unlikely situation occurs.
On-demand orders can be cancelled by 10.00am ONE (1) day before the intended delivery day.
A processing fee of RM10 or 10% of the amount paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted from each refund made. Order cancellations may be made by contacting email@example.com.
